With over 13 years of demonstrated leadership across public and private sectors, Kenny specializes in organizational strategy, business development, and community-based economic growth.

Kenneth leads Smart Management Strategies, Solutions & Success (SM3), a Charleston-based consultancy focused on delivering tangible results through tailored business planning, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable operations. His expertise has been central to developing Primax’s government and nonprofit outreach strategy, and his leadership continues to support PHIMS’ expansion into mission-aligned partnerships and funding streams.

Jacob Pack brings over 20 years of leadership and strategic insight, specializing in community-driven development, service management, and public-private collaborations. As a long-time administrator, Jacob has been instrumental in guiding Primax Energy Technology through community engagement and fostering strong relationships with local governments.

His extensive experience includes:
